![]() I managed to find some new Asus Realtek UAD drivers (v.1) on Asus ROG Forums for my motherboard, icluding instructions on how to remove old driver and install new. This app can then be acceset through the Satrt menu. Instead after installing these drivers, the app "Realtek Audio Console" from MS store will be installed (apparently you can add it manually - but I don't know how). In device manager the Sound-controller will list as "Realtek High Definition Audio".ī) Realtek UAD audio driver will install the "new" drivers and no software, i.e. ![]() ![]() Thanks to sandyt and Ivan Petrov for your replies.īased on your answers I did some more digging around and found out the following :Ī) Realtek HDA audio drivers will install the "old-fashioned" drivers and software (Realtek Configuration Panel) that can be accessed through the icon (looks like a speaker) in taskbar.
